    Hello,

    We can help you get the data back. Step one will be for you to bring over the Laptop/Hard Drive so that we can perform an IN-LAB DIAGNOSIS on it. After that we will furnish you with a Diagnosis Report as well as a Quote for the Actual Recovery Work.

    Diagnosis process takes 8hrs – 48hrs depending on the extent of the damage.

    Visit us at Centro House, 2nd Floor, Woodvale Lane, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya or send your device properly packaged to our office. Contact us on +254716079961 / +254777777467 for directions.

    Or You can properly package the device and send it via a reliable courier company ie DHL, TNT etc. Once the recovery is done we will just send it back together with the data and you have a chance to verify the data via remote access.

    NB: We can only determine how much to quote and how long the actual recovery will take after doing the diagnosis.

    Tips to avoid further data loss;
    -Don’t continue using the device because the data might become overwritten hence unrecoverable.
    -Don’t try unprofessional data recovery attempt.

    Regards,

    EARE Team

    hi, can you you be able to recover data on a formatted partition that has re-recovered data on it?

    1. Admin says:

      Hi Joseph,

      We can have a look at it but chances on it is 50/50 because of data overwriting. We can still do a in-lab diagnosis and determine chances of success.
